Dear Sir/madam,

Complaint on the Medical Treatment Provided

I received the medical treatment from your clinic on February 8. The doctor said I have caught a cold and provided me some pills.

After taking all the pills on time according to the instruction for three days, I feel even worse. I got a high fever and was sent to the Intensive Care Unit. The doctors in the Intensive Care Unit said the pills that (w.....) provided by your clinic did not match my illness.

I have visited your clinic since I was five years old. I never imagine that you would make such a serious mistake. I would like to request for compensation for my extra medical expense and psychological trauma.

Yours faithfully,
Don Wong

Dear Mr. Wong,

Re: Complaint on the Medical Treatment Provided (change to a positive word)

(Better lead in needed) We are sorry that your situation got worse after you took our pills.

Our inspection shows that your symptoms could be cured after taking our medicine. We believed the reason your situation got worse was due to cross infection. Thus, the medicine that we provided may not work properly.

If you still feel any discomfort, you are welcome to come to our clinic again.

Yours faithfully,
Joe Chan, Polly Chan
